BY RENÈLLE Client Service Agreement & Booking Policies Welcome to BY RENÈLLE, where artistry, intention, and personalized service come together to create an elevated beauty experience. Each appointment is thoughtfully reserved and prepared exclusively for you. To preserve the quality, professionalism, and personalized attention associated with the BY RENÈLLE experience, please review the following booking policies prior to reserving your appointment. By scheduling an appointment, submitting a retainer, or receiving services from BY RENÈLLE, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the policies applicable to their reservation. ⸻ ✨ Reservations & Investment ✦ A non-refundable Booking Retainer is required to secure all appointments. ✦ An appointment is not considered confirmed until the required Booking Retainer has been successfully received. ✦ The remaining service balance is due before services begin on the scheduled appointment date. ✦ Same-Day Appointments are offered only when the Artist’s schedule permits and require prior approval. Approved same-day accommodations are subject to a $65 Same-Day Accommodation Fee. ✦ After-Hours Appointments requested outside of BY RENÈLLE’s posted business hours require prior approval and are subject to a $75 After-Hours Fee. After-hours availability is limited and is not guaranteed. ✦ The After-Hours Fee is charged in addition to the selected service investment and any applicable travel, rush, holiday, or other specialty service fees. ✦ Applicable service fees will be disclosed before the appointment is confirmed whenever reasonably possible. ⸻ ✨ The Bridal Experience Bridal services are reserved separately from standard beauty appointments and are governed by the BY RENÈLLE Bridal Beauty Services Agreement. ✦ Bridal Clients are required to complete a Bridal Consultation before wedding services are officially reserved. ✦ Bridal investment is determined by the selected services, wedding location, timeline, bridal party size, staffing requirements, travel, and requested coverage. ✦ A signed Bridal Agreement and 50% non-refundable Booking Retainer are required to officially reserve the wedding date. ✦ On-location bridal bookings require a minimum of three (3) services. ✦ Wedding dates are not held by inquiry, consultation, proposal, or verbal confirmation alone. ✦ Bridal and wedding-day travel may be subject to separate travel requirements and pricing as outlined within the BY RENÈLLE Bridal Beauty Services Agreement. ⸻ ✨ On-Location & Travel Experience BY RENÈLLE offers the convenience of professional hair and makeup services brought directly to you throughout DFW and select surrounding and destination locations. If House Call / Travel is selected when booking a hair or makeup appointment, an additional Travel Add-On starting at $200 is required. Selecting House Call / Travel indicates that you are requesting for BY RENÈLLE to provide services at your location. The travel investment is not included in the price of your selected hair or makeup service and must be added separately. ✦ The $200 Travel Add-On can be found under the “The Finishing Touches” tab on the BY RENÈLLE booking site and must be added to your reservation at the time of booking. ✦ The $200 travel investment serves as the starting rate for eligible on-location appointments. Final travel pricing may vary depending on the service location, distance, estimated travel time, accessibility, and additional travel requirements. ✦ Locations requiring extended travel or accommodations outside of BY RENÈLLE’s standard service area may require a customized travel quote. ✦ Parking, valet, tolls, and other location-specific travel expenses are not included in the standard travel investment and may be added when applicable. ✦ Changes to the service location after an appointment has been confirmed may result in an adjustment to the travel investment. ✦ Selecting House Call / Travel without adding the required Travel Add-On does not confirm on-location service. If the applicable Travel Add-On has not been included with the reservation, the Client will be contacted to confirm the location and applicable travel investment before on-location accommodations are finalized. Timely arrival allows BY RENÈLLE to provide the complete experience without compromising your service or the appointments scheduled afterward. ✦ Clients receive a 10-minute grace period. ✦ Arrival beyond the grace period may result in a late fee, modification of the scheduled service, rescheduling, or cancellation when there is insufficient time to complete the service to BY RENÈLLE standards. ✦ Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice, No-Call/No-Show appointments, or appointments affected by repeated rescheduling will result in forfeiture of the Booking Retainer. ✦ A new Booking Retainer is required before a new appointment may be reserved following a late cancellation or No-Call/No-Show. ✦ Appointments may be rescheduled one (1) time with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability. ✦ Appointment times cannot be extended because of late arrival. ⸻ ✨ Preparing for Your Appointment Hair Services ✦ Please arrive with clean, completely dry hair unless your selected service or Artist instructions state otherwise. ✦ Hair should be properly detangled and free from excessive oils or product buildup. ✦ Wigs requiring customization must be received 2–3 business days before the appointment, unless Same-Day Customization has been approved in advance. ✦ Failure to arrive properly prepared may result in an additional preparation fee, service modification, or rescheduling when adequate appointment time is unavailable. Makeup Services ✦ Please arrive with a clean, makeup-free face free from excessive facial oils or heavy skincare products. ✦ Clients must disclose known allergies, skin sensitivities, recent cosmetic procedures, medications, or relevant medical conditions that may affect the service. ⸻ ✨ Guest Experience To preserve a calm, comfortable, and professionally curated environment, additional guests are not permitted unless they are receiving a scheduled service or have been approved by BY RENÈLLE in advance. Children who are not receiving services should not accompany Clients unless prior approval has been provided. This allows each Client to receive the privacy, attention, and uninterrupted experience reserved for their appointment. ⸻ ✨ Health, Safety & Professional Care BY RENÈLLE maintains professional sanitation and hygiene practices for all appointments. ✦ Clients are responsible for providing accurate information regarding allergies, sensitivities, skin or scalp conditions, and other relevant health concerns. ✦ BY RENÈLLE reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or refuse a service when proceeding could reasonably compromise the health or safety of the Client or Artist. ✦ BY RENÈLLE is not responsible for reactions or adverse outcomes resulting from information the Client failed to disclose or failure to follow provided preparation or aftercare instructions. ✦ Services may be declined when an active contagious condition, open wound, infection, or other circumstance makes performing the service unsafe. ⸻ ✨ Service Satisfaction BY RENÈLLE encourages Clients to communicate preferences and concerns during the appointment so reasonable adjustments can be made before the service is completed. Once the Client has reviewed and accepted the completed service, refunds will not be issued solely because of a later change in personal preference. Due to the personalized nature of beauty services, completed services are final. ⸻ ✨ Retainers, Cancellations & Refunds ✦ Booking Retainers are non-refundable because appointment time is specifically reserved and removed from availability for the Client. ✦ Client-initiated cancellations do not qualify for a refund of the Booking Retainer. ✦ Completed services and products that have been opened, used, customized, or prepared specifically for the Client are final unless otherwise required by applicable law. ✦ If BY RENÈLLE must cancel an appointment and cannot provide the contracted service or an acceptable alternative arrangement, amounts owed back to the Client will be handled in accordance with the applicable service agreement and circumstances. ⸻ ✨ Respectful Service Environment BY RENÈLLE is committed to providing a professional and respectful experience for every Client. Abusive, threatening, discriminatory, sexually inappropriate, unsafe, or excessively disruptive conduct toward the Artist, team members, other Clients, or venue personnel will not be tolerated. BY RENÈLLE reserves the right to immediately discontinue or refuse service when conduct compromises the safety, dignity, or professional environment of the appointment. ⸻ ✨ Accepted Forms of Payment ✦ Cash — Exact Amount Only ✦ Zelle — (318) 638-4974 ✦ Cash App — $ByRenelleCo ✦ Secure Online Payment through the BY RENÈLLE Booking Site Payment must be successfully completed before the Client leaves the appointment. ⸻ ✨ Client Acknowledgement By scheduling an appointment, submitting a Booking Retainer, making a payment, or receiving services, the Client acknowledges that they have reviewed, understood, and agreed to the policies applicable to their reservation. Failure to comply with these policies may result in service modification, appointment cancellation, forfeiture of applicable amounts paid, additional fees, or refusal of future services where permitted by the applicable agreement and law. BY RENÈLLE may periodically update its policies as the business and services evolve. Cancellation Policy

✨ Cancellation, Rescheduling & Appointment Policy Thank you for choosing BY RENÈLLE. Each appointment is intentionally reserved to provide every client with a personalized, seamless, and elevated beauty experience. To protect appointment availability and ensure the schedule remains fair and efficient for all clients, please carefully review the following policies prior to booking. Cancellations A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for all appointment cancellations. All retainers and payments made toward an appointment are non-refundable and non-transferable. If a client chooses to cancel an appointment for any reason, all retainers and payments previously received will be forfeited. Should you wish to book a new appointment after canceling, a new non-refundable retainer will be required to secure the new date and time. Previous retainers, payments, or credits may not be transferred to a new appointment. Cancellations by BY RENÈLLE In the rare event that BY RENÈLLE must cancel an appointment and is unable to provide the contracted service, the client may choose to receive a full refund of the retainer and any payments made toward the affected service or have the amount applied as a credit toward a future appointment. Rescheduling Clients are permitted to reschedule one (1) time with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability. The existing retainer may be applied to the first approved rescheduled appointment. Any additional request to reschedule will be treated as a new booking and will require a new non-refundable retainer. Rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be treated as a cancellation and may result in the forfeiture of the existing retainer and payments. No-Call / No-Show Clients who fail to arrive for their scheduled appointment without prior communication will be considered a No-Call / No-Show. No-Call / No-Show appointments are subject to a fee equal to 100% of the scheduled service total. Any outstanding balance or applicable fee must be resolved before another appointment may be booked. Repeated No-Call / No-Show occurrences may result in the client being restricted from booking future appointments with BY RENÈLLE. Late Arrivals A 10-minute grace period is provided for all appointments. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes after their scheduled appointment time may have their service modified, shortened, or canceled at the discretion of BY RENÈLLE when necessary to prevent delays or disruptions to subsequent appointments. If an appointment can no longer be accommodated due to the client’s late arrival, the appointment may be treated as a client-initiated cancellation, and the retainer and payments made will remain non-refundable. Acknowledgment By booking an appointment with BY RENÈLLE, the client acknowledges that they have reviewed, understood, and agreed to the Cancellation, Rescheduling & Appointment Policy. These policies allow BY RENÈLLE to protect reserved appointment time while providing each client with the exceptional, personalized experience and dedicated service that define the BY RENÈLLE standard.
